Our aim has always been to make the highest quality jerky products anywhere. Our commitment to get those products to you is no different. Orders are typically shipped the same day they are received, or the very next day. If something we sent to you arrives in any condition less than perfect, we want to make it right. Please fill out the form below if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase in any way. Or if you would rather speak to someone, call us at 208.624.9851. Please note that if you’ve already opened the bag, we can’t guarantee its freshness after a few days. It will last longer if refrigerated, though. Look on the bag for more details.


Delivery Policy

We ship FedEx Ground to the continental United States. We ship at a flat rate of $7.99 to anywhere in the lower 48. As a bonus to you, if you order at least $50 worth of jerky, the shipping is on us. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please telephone us @ 208.624.9851 to place an order. Our staff will work with you to arrange shipping.
